The vote was 4-2-1, with Council Members Loren Gameros, Mike Buley and Jeff Pettis, along with Mayor Pro Tem Manuel Chavez voting to terminate. Mayor John Stephens abstained and Council Members Arlis Reynolds and Andrea Marr voted no.
