Costa Mesa City Council to Hold Strategic Planning Retreat Tomorrow, 4/19

Just in case you had the day off tomorrow and nothing else to do, the City Council will be holding an all-day strategic planning retreat starting tomorrow at 9:00am in the Norma Herzog Community Center. The agenda is extremely light on the details but I have no doubt the City Council will find plenty to talk about.

Like a normal person I have work tomorrow so I’ll just do the lazy thing and reblog my Rodeo Resolutions for 2024. My hopes for the IHO ended up being almost dead on so that’s one ✅. And drive-thru regulations just got discussed on Tuesday. So maybe there will be more that will get addressed this year!

    Both Ralph T and I, among other locals, have attended these most-of-the-day retreats. The council has responded very favorably to discussions with staff and amongst one another. I am unable to attend tomorrow. Dang! Costa Mesa Women’s Club meeting/luncheon. As the club’s treasurer, I gotta be there to collect “beaucoup” bucks.
